Return Policy

Restocking Fee
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 14 days of receiving with a 5% restocking fee accompanying a sales receipt.

Return by Mail
In order to return merchandise by mail you must have a return authorization number or the package will not be signed for and sent back to the sender. Please call customer service to obtain a return authorization number.

Customer Liability
The customer is liable for fully insured shipping cost and taxes where they are applicable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable
There is no refund for custom made pieces except for special arrangement prior to purchase. Damaged items may not be returned.
